Package Cost Includes:

• Welcome drink on Arrival

• Accommodation as per Itinerary

• Hotel Accommodation on CPAI basis (Only Breakfast)

• All Transfer and Sightseeing by Private Ac Vehicle

• All toll and parking fees

• All permit fees & hotel taxes

Package Cost Excludes:

• Monuments Entrance fee, boating fee

• GST on total package cost

• Any Air Fare or Train fare.

• Personal Expenses such as Laundry, telephone calls, tips. Liquor

• Any other item not specified in “Cost Includes”

• Additional sightseeing or usages of vehicle not mention in the itinerary

• Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blocks etc (to be borne by the clients directly on the spot

• Meals other than specified above 

• Room service of any kind

• Travel insurance

PAYMENT  TERM:

50% at the time of confirming the tour and balance 07 Working days prior to departure or 100% if travel  within 07 days of confirming the tour.

CANCELLATION TERMS:

• 30 days prior to Tour Commencement date:               25% of the Total Tour Cost

• 15 days prior to Tour Commencement date:           50% of the Total Tour Cost

• 07 days before Tour Commencement date :                100% of the Total tour cost
